Transformed from a neglected and unloved plot of scrubland hidden behind the hospital, to the flourishing farm and educational hub we know and love today - Kaicycle couldn’t have done it without the immeasurable mahi of all the staff, volunteers, subscribers, donors and funders over the years. And now, it's time to celebrate!

2:15pm Speeches from Julie Anne Genter & Laurie Foon
2:30pm Speeches about Kaicycle across the years from Anna Kivi, Sheldon Levet & Rose Dohig
2:40pm Live music by For Future's Sake & Rufus Mundy
2:45pm Taranaki Whānui conclude formal proceedings
3:00pm Waste-free afternoon tea including an assortment of crowd-sourced cakes, tea & coffee, kombucha, as well as savoury snacks kindly provided by Tuatua Cafe
3:30pm Farm tours, raffle competition, giveaways (seedlings & zines), tea towel fundraiser & more!
4:50pm Closing performance by For Future's Sake
5:00pm Final words and singing Nga Iwi Ē led by Marty, Kaicycle's Chair

Please note:
Public transport is recommended as there is no public parking available on Hospital Road - all parks are privately owned by the Hospital. Otherwise, we recommend parking on Adelaide Road / at the Wilson carpark on Hall Street and walking down.
In the event of wet weather, the venue will be changed to the Newtown Community Centre / Te Whare Hapori o Nga Puna Waiora.
