Anonymous Disclosure

If you’ve had an experience with Kaicycle that you would like to let us know about, this form is a way that you can do so anonymously. If you don’t wish to remain anonymous, and you would like someone to get in touch, please email hello@kaicycle.org.nz

This form can be used to report any inappropriate behaviour or breaches in our code of conduct. Inappropriate behaviour is any behaviour that made you or others feel unsafe while interacting with any staff or volunteer at Kaicycle. This behaviour could include any form of bullying, harassment, discrimination, or concerns over the culture. We are dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive environment, so we really appreciate you taking the time and courage to share your concerns.

When disclosing anonymously, it’s important that we have enough information to take appropriate action. Because we won't be able to get in touch with you, please make sure you've included anything that you think may be relevant, so we can take a meaningful action. Please ensure you include the following where relevant:

  • As detailed a description of the incident(s) or concern(s) as possible

  • The names of people involved or those who perpetrated harm

  • When and where the incident happened

  • If you would like us to escalate your report to the police, or involve any external groups

This form will go to Anne, our Governance Group Secretary, and be raised at our regular Governance meeting. If needed, an immediate Governance meeting will be called.The Governance group will decide on an appropriate action and ensure that it is carried out.
